Digital products
Brixa sells digital products (website scripts, CMS software, source code and license keys). Because they are delivered immediately by download, special rules apply.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost once delivery has started, if you gave your express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (art. VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). You are asked for this consent at checkout.
When we will refund you
- The product does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you contact support.
- The file delivered is corrupted, incomplete or not the product you ordered.
- You were charged twice or by mistake.
Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of purchase to info@brixa.be with your order number and a description of the problem.
When we cannot refund
- You changed your mind after download or license activation.
- Problems caused by your server configuration, third-party software or modifications you made, after we explained the requirements listed on the product page.
- Custom work already delivered.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days (Stripe, bank transfer). Crypto payments are refunded in the same currency at the amount paid, minus network fees. License keys are deactivated on refund.
