1. Who we are

This website (https://brixa.be) is operated by Brixa. Contact: info@brixa.be. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. Data we collect and why

  • Orders and account: name, email, billing address, order history, license keys and download records. Purpose: perform the contract (deliver your digital product), invoicing and legal accounting obligations.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe (card, Klarna, EPS, Bancontact), DePay (crypto) or bank transfer. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Support: messages you send us by email or Discord, to answer your request.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited (server logs, security with Wordfence/LiteSpeed, analytics with Google Site Kit). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent through our cookie banner.
  • Comments and forms: data you enter, plus IP address and user agent for spam detection.

3. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c), accounting and tax), legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f), security and fraud prevention) and consent (art. 6(1)(a), non-essential cookies).

4. Who receives your data

Only service providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), DePay (crypto payments), our hosting provider, WP Mail SMTP / email provider (transactional emails), Google (analytics, if you accept cookies), and our accountant. Some providers are located outside the EU and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data are kept 7 years (Belgian accounting law). Account data is kept until you ask for deletion. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@brixa.be. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
