4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic: a download link and, when applicable, a license key are available in your account and sent by email right after payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

5. Licence

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, a purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software as described on the product page for your own projects. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the source code, the files or license keys. We may revoke a licence in case of breach.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

See our Refund and Returns Policy. By ticking the box at checkout you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

7. Support and updates

Support is provided by email and Discord on a reasonable-effort basis. Updates are provided as stated on the product page. Installation on your own server and third-party requirements (PHP version, database, game server) remain your responsibility.

8. Warranty and liability

The products are provided as described on their page. Mandatory consumer rights (legal guarantee of conformity of digital content) are not affected. For professional customers, our liability is limited to the price paid, except for intent or gross negligence. Brixa is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Facepunch Studios or any game publisher; product and game names belong to their owners.

9. Personal data

See our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers. Consumers can use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the Belgian ADR service (www.belmed.fgov.be).
