Privacy policy

This policy explains what data FiveB collects when you use this website and our game servers, why, and what your rights are (GDPR).

Data controller

The FiveB server administration. For any request, open a ticket from the Support page.

Account: username, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
Linked accounts: Discord ID if you sign in with Discord, FiveM identifiers (license, cfx.re…) if you link your account.
Game data: characters, job, money, inventory and statistics, synced from the server.
Connection history: date, server and IP address of your connections. IP addresses are automatically erased after 90 days.
Purchases: your purchase history. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Tebex, Stripe or PayPal): we never see your card details.
Messages: support tickets and whitelist applications.

To provide the service (account, profile, game sync) — performance of the service.
Security and fight against cheating, alt accounts and fraud (bans, logs) — legitimate interest.
Keeping purchase records — accounting obligations.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Only strictly necessary technical cookies (login session, form security). No advertising or analytics cookies.

Access and portability: download all your data from My account → "Download my data".
Rectification: edit your username and email from My account.
Erasure: delete your account from My account. Purchase records are kept anonymously; bans tied to your game identifiers may be kept for server security.
Objection, restriction, questions: contact us through support. You can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
