Server rules

1 General

Rules that apply everywhere, in game and on Discord.

Art. 1.1

Respect

#

Respect between players and towards the staff is mandatory. Out-of-character insults, racism, sexism and harassment are forbidden.

Art. 1.2

Minimum age

#

You must be at least 16 years old to play on the server.

Art. 1.3

Microphone

#

A decent microphone is mandatory. Voice changers and music through the microphone are forbidden.

Art. 1.4

Cheating

#

Any cheat, mod menu, macro or bug exploit is punished by a permanent ban.

Art. 1.5

Staff decisions

#

Staff decisions apply. If you disagree, open a ticket on Discord, never in game.

2 Roleplay

Art. 2.1

Metagaming

#

Using in game information obtained outside of it (streams, Discord...) is forbidden.

Art. 2.2

Powergaming

#

Forcing an unrealistic action, or one the other player cannot counter, is forbidden.

Art. 2.3

Random deathmatch (RDM)

#

Killing without a valid roleplay reason and prior interaction is forbidden.

Art. 2.4

Fear RP

#

Your character values their life: when threatened with a weapon, you must comply.

Art. 2.5

NLR (New Life Rule)

#

After dying, your character forgets the circumstances and does not return to the scene for 15 minutes.

Stay in character

#

Breaking character in game must stay exceptional and discreet.

3 Illegal activities

Art. 3.1

Robberies

#

Robberies require a minimum number of police officers on duty, shown in game. One robbery per group per hour.

Art. 3.2

Hostages

#

A hostage cannot be an accomplice of the kidnappers. Negotiations must be roleplayed.

Art. 3.3

Safe zones

#

No illegal action in safe zones: hospital, police station, city hall and spawn.

4 Public services

Police, EMS and government: rules specific to public jobs.

4.1 Police

Art. 4.1.1

Use of force

#

Use of force must be proportionate. Shooting without warning is only allowed in self-defense.

Corruption

#

Corruption is only allowed with the approval of the faction leader and the staff.

4.2 EMS

Neutrality

#

EMS treat everyone and never take part in illegal activities.

4.3 Government

Art. 4.3.1

Laws

#

Laws voted in game apply to roleplay but never replace these rules.

5 Businesses

Art. 5.1

Activity

#

A business inactive for 14 days can be taken back from its owner.

Art. 5.2

Prices

#

Prices must stay realistic and consistent with the server economy.

Sanctions

Indicative scale: the staff adapts the sanction to the context and to repeated offenses.
